Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement by and between the District and Sandis Civil Engineers Surveyors and Planners, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide professional land surveying services including land topographic, utility and boundary services for the 1025 2nd Avenue Demolition (Paul Robeson Building) Project, as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, in the not-to-exceed amount of $27,192.00, which includes a not-to-exceed amount for Additional Services of $2,472.00, if sufficient contract funds for Additional Services remain to pay for the directed Additional Services, with work to commence on May 28, 2026, and scheduled to last until June 30, 2027, except as stated in Section 4 of Agreement.
