Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement by and between the District and Terraphase Engineering Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide consulting services in accordance with the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the 1025 2nd Avenue Demolition (Paul Robeson Building) Project, as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, in the amount of $174,190.00 which includes a contingency fee of $15,835.00, as the selected consultant, with work scheduled to commence on May 28, 2026, and scheduled to last until June 30, 2028, except as otherwise stated in Section 4 of the Agreement.
