Plain-English summary written by AI from the official text. Reviewed Oct 3, 2026

Corrected Oct 3, 2026: Corrected the vendor's name to Alten Construction, Inc. The official text misspells it as "Aten"; the item's title and the original 2023 agreement (23-0185) say Alten.

Notes on the official text

  • The title spells the contractor 'Alten Construction, Inc.' while the action text spells it 'Aten Construction, Inc.', a one-letter spelling difference for what is evidently the same contractor paired with HKIT Architects.
