PC0#4 Concrete Demolition and Replacement (+$7,308.88): Unforeseen conditions requiring demolition of existing concrete slab in front of the urinals. placement of new reinforced concrete, and restoration of the-affected area for subsequent flooring installation. 2. PCO#5 Toilet Flange Repair (+$1,321.66): Added for replacement of a damaged and deteriorated existing toilet flange discovered during restroom demolition. Work includes removal of unsuitable flange components and installation of a new commercial-grade flange, to allow proper installation of the new toilet fixture. 3.
