Updates dental plan agreement with Self-Insured Schools of California on outside vendors
The district's dental plan agreement with Self Insured Schools of California is updated so the district cannot contract with outside companies that handle electronic eligibility data without the plan's approval and a signed business associate agreement. The change takes effect July 1, 2026, and all other terms of the 2014 agreement stay the same.
