Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Solutions for You, Carlsbad, CA, for the latter to provide procurement and vendor management, warehouse and distribution operations, financial and operational management, regulatory compliance, food safety, and organizational development; assess current operations; provide recommendations to improve efficiency, procurement and supply chain practices, inventory and logistics systems, and fiscal sustainability, including support with vendor evaluations, contracts, procurement compliance, USDA program requirements, audit readiness, staff onboarding and training, development and implementation of operational procedures, and Nutrition Services technology systems; and provide both onsite and remote support as needed to strengthen departmental operations and staff capacity, via Nutrition Services Department, for the period of August 17, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $132,000.00.
