Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor between District and Deco Tech Systems*, Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to provide construction and installation services and materials per plans and specifications for the Low Voltage Systems according to drawing A302 with Audio-Visual Markups, for the McClymonds Intensive Support Site Project, in the amount of $95,000.00, as the selected contractor, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said Contractor with work scheduled to commence on December 12, 2019, and scheduled to last December 11, 2020, pursuant to the Agreement ___ *Contractor was selected by the District as a negotiated contract under to Public Contract Code Section 22038.
