Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 4, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and KDI Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional construction activities, which consists of re-inspections and additional DSA inspection services as required by the Department of State Architects (DSA), as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Madison Park Academy Expansion Project, in an additional amount of $61,520.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $794,900.00 to $856,420.00, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
