(“Contractor”), Petrolia, ON Canada, for the latter to provide additional labor and material costs associated with installing a layer “Rock Dust” and cement in the existing pocket post-PIP removal to level out the site for the DuraSAFE Surfacing system to be installed within Playground Safety Fallzones, in the amount of $2,171.79, increasing cost of Contract from $86,219.07 to $88,390.86, increasing duration of the Contract by 183 calendar days, from January 9, 2022 through March 15, 2022 to October 30, 2020, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign Change Order. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
