Adds $27,631.59 to Sof Surfaces' Sequoia Elementary playmatting contract and extends it to 2021

This change order adds a smaller construction project at Sequoia Elementary School after the contractor found parts missing from the original structure and would have waited a month for them. The smaller project had been planned for bidding later in the year. The contract maximum rises from $88,390.86 to $116,022.45 and the end date moves to January 7, 2021, which is before this Board approval.
