Adds $1,009,374.96 and extends Aeries student information system license to June 2025

This amendment extends the district's license for the Aeries student information system and its parent-communication tool (Aeries Communications, powered by Parent Square) from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2025. It adds up to $1,009,374.96, raising the contract limit from $305,027.60 to $1,314,402.56. The board is also using a legal exception to public bidding (called the Graydon exception), so the district did not run a new bid.
