Approves up to $3,900,000 in technology and audio-visual equipment from CDW-G through 2026
The district would buy technology and audio-visual equipment from CDW Government through another agency's existing bid (a piggyback agreement on Monterey County Office of Education's CalSAVE bid) instead of running its own bid. The total cap over the term is $3,900,000, with a yearly cap of $1,300,000. The term began February 1, 2024, before this approval, and runs through December 31, 2026.
