Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Inspection of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and The KDI Group, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional inspection services, required by Department of State Architect (DSA), as described in the Proposal dated October 31, 2024, attached as Exhibit A. due to increase scope for the West Oakland Middle School Window Replacement Project, in an additional amount of $45,180.00, increasing the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement from $122,815.00 to $167,995.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
