Approval by the Board of Education of the First Addendum, Special Education Information System License Agreement by and between the District and San Joaquin County Office of Education, dba Special Education Information System (SEIS), Stockton, CA, adding Addendum to License Agreement “to clarify the rights and responsibilities of both Parties pertaining to legally mandated record retention,” as stated in the Addendum, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement (Legislative File No. 25-1040; Enactment No. 25-0658, May 14, 2025) remain in full force and effect.
